Excellent hotel, I had a wonderful week. The food was great, huge choice everyday plus a snack bar for eating outside of meal times. Self serve beer, wine, juice, soft drinks and water 24 hours and bars for everything else which were open until 23:30 hours.
Staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful, especially with our baby, always giving him a smile and a hello which was so nice. Bar staff were good (especially the guy with the moustache on the reception bar in the evening, so quick to serve and friendly there was barely ever a queue).
It has a baby pool, splash pads, two playgrounds and a tennis/basketball/football court and 3 waterslides which were great.
We haven't done all inclusives much previously but due to the baby it felt like the easiest option so I don't really have much for comparison but I was so very impressed with the facilities, food, staff and entertainment that I would definitely come back here and feel it has set a high bar if we should do elsewhere in the future.
